New Merchant Services convinced me to sign a contract and attempt a business with promise of Guarantee, that clearly states that they require specific work done per their training and if not successful they will gladly assist you with the shut down process of your Merchant account without any cancellation fees & Buy Back Your Shop with a new Lease Candidate within 30 Days.
I have emails from my Trainer assigned by New Merchant Services, stating I was doing everything I was supposed to do and not to worry she had spoken with the owner, Mr. Lipski and I would have no problem with the guarantee. Ms. Shuba also sent me an email in which I have also sent to you stating the cancel fee would be waived per Mr. Lipski. Their trainer Amy stated to me in writing and over the phone repeatedly that she was keeping in contact with Ms. Shuba and that she was aware of my problems with my business and that I was doing everything I was supposed to do and more and still not making money.
I would have never done any of this without the guarantee that they promise. Their Trainer Amy even quit the company when they told her they would not honor their guarantee to me, she called me very upset and apologized to me saying she did not know the company would rip someone off like that.
I called American P.O.S. (the credit card leasing company) and relayed my problem on to them. They stated to me that New Merchant Services had never transferred a lease in the entire time they had done business with them. Meaning to me that they have never honored their guarantee. American P.O.S. Also stated to me that they are no longer doing business with New Merchant Services do to the problems they are having with them.
I started all of this in February and paid my lease up until August in which I could not afford it any longer. According to the guarantee the lease would be transferred to another candidate within 30 days of the 90 trial period. I completely surpassed that time frame plus after learning that New Merchant Services had NEVER transferred a lease, I knew I was just out of luck.
I looked into New Merchant Services on the better business bureau and they have several complaints. Also, online usacomplaints. Coms.com has several complaints similar to mine. I personally feel they target stay at home moms like myself and others looking for work because they know we can't do anything about it. I am just trying to do something to make it so they cannot do this to someone else.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I recommend anyone else with this problem do the same. The more complaints this company gets the les people they will be able to do this to. If anyone would like to see the proof I have I will be completely willing to share. I am not trying to pass the buck for my failing business, I just dont beleive that a company should offer a guarentee if they do not plan to honor it.
