William Parker Manager ripoff The RUDEST person I have ever spoken to with this company

Please do not allow this company to take your money!!! I have been dealing with this company since January 11, when a rep named Fred from Ameritrust Financial called me, not me calling him, to explain that his company could help me to repair my credit. Okay, he sold it to me, making me feel like I would receive a credit limit with a 8.9% fixed rate for a credit limit of $2000 for a $200 deposit. I was even able to split my deposit into two drafts. The final draft was made on Jan 30. At least 5 or 6 times with in the month of February I called and informed different reps that I had never received my guaranteed acceptance letter. The 1st rep told me, "your letter was mailed out on Jan 31, it will take 7-10 business days". Ok, fine by me, that seemed standard... But I NEVER received it. So then I continued to call and advise the reps that I hadn't received it and to request to have the info faxed to me. Giving them all the exact same fax info, which was my right fax to comes directly to my pc. I did this at least 3 or 4 times. Finally on February 23, I called and spoke to Juan at extention #0029. He very politely told me that he was in charge of getting the guarantee letters sent out and that the reason I have never received the info was because #1. It was never mailed as it was explained to me before and, #2 I never received it via fax because the reps that were faxing the info to me did not know to include the number 1 before inputing my long distance fax #. Apparently, they have people working in their office that are not familiar with a fax machine.

So, anyway, Juan advised me that he would fax the info right over to me and that if I faxed it back that he would try to mail the info out that day or at the latest the next Monday, which was February 26. So, he got the fax to me and I sent it back. He also explained to me that he would do what ever I request, because I had originally called on this day to request a refund for my $200. (which I should have gotten). I called again on March 1 to check the status of the info to be mailed out. The rep I spoke to, advised me that the info had been mail out on February 26, just as I was told by Juan. No problem, until today, 7 business days later, March 6 when I called to have the card cancelled because I don't believe that it will ever be mailed to me, just as the guarantee letter was never sent to me. I spoke to Willda, who was very polite and informed me that I had signed the guarantee letter and that my $200 was non-refundable. Mind you all of the reps I spoke to before today were very polite despite the raggedy phone system they have in their office. I asked Willda if I could speak to her supervisor, and she connected me with William Parker, Manager.

At first he begin to listen but not sympathize. He seemed very irritated. I explained to him that I felt that I had been ripped off and that I would give it to the end of this week, which would be more than enough time to receive the card, and that if I hadn't received my card or coupons, that I was going to go above him and requests my deposit. Mind you, I work in a call center as well, therefore, I spoke clearly and politely, never yelling or using obscene language. My anger is not any of the reps fault nor is it William Parker's fault, who gave me another date of March 1 for my letter being mailed out. You see, this company is full of run arounds. My reasoning for this report today is to let you know that William Parker told me that he didn't have to explain anything to me and that he had million things to do other than to listen to me complain about something that he was not willing to change, explain, or assist me with. His customer service skills are the VERY WORST I have ever experienced. William Parker offered to send me $400 in additional coupons, I explained to him that this would not solve the problem. The problem is, Ameritrust Financial has not nor will they ever mail me my card. How do I know? Usacomplaints.com. I read some of the reports and faced reality. This is not an advertisement for usacomplaints.com. I am a real person that has lost $200.

I know that the reps are probably unaware that they work for a company that rips people off. I will call this company every day until I am refunded for my $200. I don't feel that I should be binded my a contract if I have not used a card that I have nor will ever receive. William Parker continued to reiterate that there would be $35 fee for deactivating this line of credit. Why would I pay you more money to cancel something that I have never seen. I wish for those of you that will read this, that you could hear the tone in William Parker's voice and the way he made me realized that I had been ripped off. Do not listen to anything this company has to say. This is an embarrassing situation for me, but I hope that I will help someone else that has been solicited for a line of credit with this company. If the card has not come to me by March 9... Which will be more than enough time for me to receive this so-called card, I will send another report to usacomplaints.com explaining more of how I was ripped off. Thanks for your attention and be careful. I will continue to fight for what is right.
