Compass bank is a joke every time my direct deposit goes through they charge a nsf fee and cant explain to me why. They sent out a letter saying my account balance was 800.00 and they charged me a 76.00 dollar nsf charge and cant tell me why. When i call they say a manger will call back and never does, when you call them back they say they have no record that you called.
So what are you suppose to do? You put your trust in a bank and all they do is rip you off. There customer service is a freaking joke and so is they bank. All they do is give you the run around i say we all contact the bbb and news station with enough voices we have to be heard.
