Aspen has not received my first payment on my Aspen Mastercard! Ripoff

I am looking to see if anyone has had any problems with Aspen Mastercard. I recently applied for a card and was approved upon sending me 20.00 in, I finally received my card and everything has been fine until now. I received a statement that was late I might add and sent my payment in 10 days ago but they say that they have not recived it today when I called in. I may have to put a trace on my money order but the guy wants me to call and check back with them on Monday to see if they have recived it. I have been with Capital One and Merrick Bank as well as many credit card companies in the past that have always received my payment in 3-4 days and credited to my account. Never once has anything that I have ever sent out been lost in the mail including bills, etc as it is quite rare for mail to be lost allthough not impossible. As soon as I called in today and found out that my payment was not received through the automated system I decided to speak to a rep and as soon as I was put through and verified my account information the guy starts harrassing me about my account being over due and when I would make a payment. This is before I could even get a chance to tell him that I allready made a payment over a week ago! He kept asking me several questions like when was the payment made and after I told him when I made the payment he kept asking me again. Anyway eventually he told me to call back on Monday to see if they have received my payment and if not to put a trace on it. Has anyone else experienced any problems with Aspen Mastercard after making payments? How long does it usually take these guys to credit the account, I was also charged a $35.00 late fee? I have never had any problems with any other credit card company and am very concerned about being ripped off.
