I'll be the first to give any kind of testimony to the fact they BS'd me into this cost of savings loan or some crap like that from World Bank. The obnoxious female loan officer that I will only mention by her first name of; Marge or something, suckered me into this loan and promised me that my payments were fixed for 10 years and that I would not be incurring any "Neg-am" if I made an extra payment of a certain amount I think it was like $400 more a month and I would have my house paid off in record time!
Well she neglected to factor in the fluctuation of the adjustable rates that occur every month. Hell, I'm actually paying over 8% now on this stupid loan, that this shitty company moutnainside mortgage gave me, with a crapy loan officer that talked to sides of her face! Her laugh over the phone reminded of the "wicked witch", stirring her brood. Screw Mountainside Mortgage they're a bunch of crooks.
