I have been with Total Merchant Services for 7 years and didn't have a single problem with them until now.
A few months ago, I didn't receive deposits from Total Merchant Services for 20 days. I called the Risk Management and discussed with this lady. My understanding was my account was on hold without any notification due to a few chargebacks. After submitting records to her via fax, I was told that she had received them and would notify me within a few business days.
After 2 weeks of no words from her, I called the department and left countless messages, and she NEVER returned my calls. Nothing for over 60 f&ing days!!! Customer service reps made too many excuses telling me that this lady was busy all the time. They really hurt my business already.
I'm in preparation to look for a new merchant service, notify Better Business Bureau and share this horrified story to my close colleagues who are reporters at well-known newspaper companies.
