When Calling Total Merchant Services all you get is a busy signal on all three numbers, Support, Voice Auth. & Main Number.
When asking an employee why excuse is "We are exp. Higher than normal call volume" However this has been going on for 2 weeks straight every 30 minutes of me calling and receiving busy signals.
I then asked why my discover charge was not on the account after 1 week of asking it to be added, the CSR said I do not see a record of you asking for that.
Next I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told by the supervisor through the employee that I can write a letter of complaint and they will investigate.
I am astounded by the customer service practice in which this company chooses to handle their complaints, I am astounded that the supervisor would not even get on the phone with me, I am appalled that when having to call in a credit card or call in a support issue all I get all day long for the past two weeks is a busy signal.
I refuse to pay my contract for services not rendered by "Total Merchant Services", I demand a release of my contract at once.
I have spoken to American Express, who said specifically, they retrieved my information from Total Merchant Services and wanted to grant me a merchant account with out my permission of Total Merchant Services Giving My Personal Information Out,
I am seeking legal council on this matter and willing to post charges against this company "Total Merchant Services"
The Settlement I demand and am seeking from Total Merchant Services is a full refund and cancellation of contract with NO CANCEL FEES ATTACHED at once, Faliure to do this will result in a disbute issued from me to my bank for un-authorized charges on my account from total merchant services with closure of my bank account and a full investigation into Total Merchant Solutions policies and procedures of handling customer service and complaints.
