If you every receive a phone call stating that you've just been approved for a MasterCard for $2000 Don't believe it ripoff fraud Maryland

On April 19, I recieved a phone call from First Capital Consumers, stating that I have been approved for a $2000.00 MasterCard for a one time fee of $199.00. At that time it sounded pretty straight, so I went for it. The Company withdrew $200.00 from my savings account on the same date that I recieved the call. Some time later I recieved a packet that had a card in it that I had to mail back to get my credit card. Well I never did get that credit card, because the whole thing is a scam. This really upsets me since I'm just a student trying to make it in this world, till I get my degree. A word to the wise, if it sounds to good to be true, it is! TanaWishram, Washington
