Commercial Loan application started Oct15th. Today it is Jan23rd. Nationwide Commercial Funding will not answer questions, return phone calls, give us explanation as to why the underwriters are taking such a long time and what the problems are. Kerry Walker (VP) Unresponsive, 0 credibility. Joseph Mardesich (President) same. I have email trail of all their promise dates and they have met NON of them.
Seller is going to sue us for nonperformance. We as buyers have monies tied up in escrow, acquired addition funding to cover what Nationwide won't (originally they said they would fund 80%, then 76%, then 55% latest... Word has it is 52%). As buyers we are having to come up with 100% more than we were originally led to believe (20% down went to 46% down).
They have taken our money and given us nothing, no service, no satisfactory answers, no return calls, no loan.
