They keep billing me for no service

I wanted to get a free credit report as advertised. The only thing i got was a deduction in my checking acct. This company would not return phine calls., or e mails. I never heard a thing from them, never got the credit report or any outher thing in mail or outher wise except for them taking money out of my checking acct.
