SquareTwo Financial Commercial Funding aka Collect America Commercial Services, Inc. And/or Julie Kaplan (former President/CEO) purportedly sold the company's list of clients to another collection agency, Coface. The clients were sold off despite the fact that SquareTwo Financial still holds their former sales associates to a non-compete which prohibits theses former employees from contacting the people that they had relationships with for several years.
