This bill you sent to my Bakersfield address can not be mine because i didn't live in that city or the address at the time of the bill.in 1995 when the debt occured i was only 18 years old and i didn't have the credit at that time. Somebody used my personal information to obtain the phone, also why would you wait 12 years to bill me.
