I received a letter with a check enclosed for $3.25. I was to cash the check and by doing so I would become a member of shopper's savings. I also would receive a free credit report, and score from Experian, and an application for VISA or Masterscard with a credit line of $2,500.00 I would also be alerted to the many benefits of CCPA, credit card protection agency. I can stop these offiers by calling 1-888-567-8688 and having my name taken off a list for the next 5 years. I do not knowe how my name got on that list period. I called the number, and got an automated phone that was asking questions as to your name address, and such. No human just a computer. The information came in my name however, the computer had it listed in my ex husband
s name, so I hung up. I had previous trouble with Privacy Matters 123, and Save Smart, so I am wondering if they are connected to this site also. Far as the check it is going to be torn up and dumped in the garbage. I have no idea as if they have my credit card number, or not. They also list the major credit bureas and give phone numbers to call. When you call the phone number you end up with the Consumer Opt Out Line., no matter which credit bureas number that you call.
