I signed up for the credit report. Was given a ID number. The product did not work, assumed it was just me, cancled and was given a cancle number. Charges begain to apper on my credit card with a different ID number it the first nine numbers in the creditcard information with phone number. Called cancle, more charges, next call I was told that I had only cancle part of the product. Cancle again would not give a refund. I sent out a dispute letter to the credit Card company, and a complaint letter to Ms. Monica Prandi-Svetogorsky: Citizen's Advocate: Consumer Protection Division: State of Illinois Office of the Attorney General: 100 West Randolph Street: Chicago, IL 60601. Had my reffund in two weeks. I also email a complant to www.IC3. Gov (internet fraud) I did some research and found several company that are the same or changed the name or are piggybacked to each other. Privacy Matters, Privacy Matters123, AP9 Privacy Matters, IK9privacy Matters, Simply You, Homeworks plus, Integretel, Dealpass.com, Privacy Plus, PrivacyMatters Inedity, Shopping Essential, Passport to fund, Vista Print, DMI, At home rewards, Pharmacy Gold, Shoppers Discount, True Credit. (Ventur, Inc) changed to Member Work is grouped with Privacy plus, Galleria, 24 assistance, club savings, savings matters, traver source, and I sure there is more, the scary part thay have all that personal information on all of us are they selling it, and things will get real bad. Please send a report to IL Attorney General, and www.IC3. Gov. Make sure your credit card company works with you if they do not fill a complant with the Attorney General of the state that they are based in. If you Bank will not work with you fill a complaint with the Bank commission (some times that hard to find because they come under different names) change Banks, change credit carde company, it inconvent but worth it.
