Wachovia
Charged overdraft fees with money in the account. Also, paid out a check that came in after other transactions to cause bank fees

Wachovia Bank makes millions in fees from people by charging over draft fees. I appreciate that you should not write checks if you don't have money in your account however, the day care checks never clear until Friday when my direct deposit goes in. I had transactions with money enough to cover them byut they for some reason cleared a check, deducted all the money from my account and proceeded to over draft all the other transactiosn for which I had money.

Another check came through on Friday AM when I get paid, and it was returned. I had money in the account. I hate this bank.
