I worked at this company for a very short time and let me say that this is a tricky way to get college kids into working their butts off for much of NOTHING. I even became good friends with one of their admins at the time (who quit b/c she was scared away) She informed me that she was told to pretty much lie to get interviews through the door. She also told me that basically anyone could work at Peerless if they could walk and talk... What kind of professional job is that!?!? The job is a door sales job and some people were driving up to an hour and a half away from the location in Pennsuaken NJ. That is ridiculous. I am one of the lucky ones whos territory was only 20 min. Away... Roll eyes. The most interesting thing I have to say is that - every morning when new "interviews" would come in, they would hear the same lies told to them that many had heard before. They included one of the managers claiming that they were looking to hire right away and that the job may not be available if they waited. (this is total crap) The admin told me that every day new people would walk in for their second interviews and day after day the same lies would be told and the same speech would be told about how wonderful the company is.
The worst is that the people involved were very tricky shady liars. One pathetic man named Kevin Graziano who was a "manager" was the cockiest joke of them all. This guy is 24 years old and would dodge any question ever asked to him... He talks in circles in the tricky speech that these company employess are brainwashed to tell - but I could see through him and he really creeped me out. I feel sorry for people who invest their whole lives in this scam of a business like him.
Overall, I saw the light when I saw the admins pulling ANY resume they could find off the computer and calling them the next hour to come in for a first interview... The admins would say CONGRATS the managment team would love to invite you in for an interview with us and you were one of the few selected... in reality everyone on that LIST was called back! The turn over is insane - it is a door sales job with ALL commision... People involved are BRAINWASHED... Stay away... This is a CULT. The admin eventually left bc she was scared away... She told me she was to call anyone and everyone who could talk at least... This isnt a normal place to work she would say... She was told to not answer questions on the phone and she was even givn lessons on how to CONTROL a convo so the person on the recieiving end had less control in asking questions... Omg does this sound like HITLER to anyone else??? STAY AWAY from Cydcor and watch out - these companies are all over monster.com and careerbuilder.com claiming to be amaxing opportunites... in reality this is a joke.
