Who the Heck are these people, RIPOFF!

I need some advice! I am trying to buy a home and I saw NCO FIN/22 and NCO FIN/99 on my credit report! It was marked Coll/Chargeoff. But I don't even know this company.

I plan to write the FTC is there anything else I can do. I really need to get this off of my credit report. I am thinking of disputing it or at least stating somehow this is not my account!!!

This is just ridiculous!
