Trying to make me pay a bill that was discharged some 4 years ago, ripoff

My Mother and I returned the vehicle some 3 - 4 years ago. I asked for a copy of the bill of sale. When they called to see that I would pay the difference on the sale, I asked them to send me a copy of the bill of sale. They never did. I have not heard from then since, until yesterday 1-6-07. From a place called Synergetic Communication, Inc.

I received a letter from them stating that our account was placed with them showing the client number and their account number.

Also, stating that income tax season is approciating and that I could use my refund to pay on some of this. On the letter they suggest that I call them regarding payment of this accout.
