Beneficial Financial
I have a revolving loan it's always piad on time until i lost my job now they harass me over the phone they call about 5 to 10 time a day

I have a loan with beneficial financial for
2 years. I always pay on time, except for the last two
months, because i lost my job. They now call me several times daily and want their payment.

I explained to them that i had lost my job and could they lower my payments so i can pay them back. They hang up the phone and call me back in a few hrs, just like if i never spoke they ask me for payment again.

I don't know how to contact them, except to the local offices. They do not show any address, except for payment office.

I paid a 500.00 insurance at the bigining of my loan, i was told it was for protection if i could not pay. Now they tell me if i die then they would pay it.

It. S very sad that honest americans are getting ripped off by these companies just because they are in need. It should be illegal!
