Ripoff Did not correct credit report as promised

Had a loan with this company after I had filed bankruptcy. The loan was paid off, all but $296.08. On my credit report it shows this was charged off; however, I have documentation stating this amount was paid in full.

Letter dated May 3; monies received by company April 22.

Due them not updating my credit I am unable to get a loan for a new car.
