Applied for a payday loan and two days later July 11 an unauthorized amount of $159.95 was debited from my checking account. This has caused mountains of overdraft fees, also for checks and debits that were authorized to be sent back. Not to mention the embrassment of this.
I contacted my Bank right away they told me to contact the company because there was nothing they can do.
Well the company does not make it easy to contact them with the 1-800 number. I then emailed and played email tag and then telephone tag with Jasmine x. 121. No help. At all. She told me in her nasty voice that she would mail me the fraud paperwork for me to take to my local police department and an investigation would have to be done. If they find the investigation to be true then a check would be mailed to the local police department of course I would not get my overfraft fees returned.
Today, again I contacted my bank about this charge and all the overdraft fees. I have to go the branch and fill out paperwork and see where this leads me.
