Company has taken 2 of our $1,000 extra mortgage principal payments. They will not explain, will not let us speak with a supervisor, will not tell us where they are headquartered, will not give us the name of a corporate officer, but did pay our property taxes late, and called to say we were four months in arrears, despite the fact we have cancelled checks.
