Some how this company got my check. How is a person suppose to get anything done when you get 3 to 4 different number and can't even talk to someone

I don't understand how this company even got my check. All I know is I have to pay them $30 or more extra money. It's embarrassing when you have the money and write out a check and the cashier says you have to call this number and then you can't even talk to a real person. On top of that it goes into your personal credit report. Compnay's like this shouldn't be allowed to reck your good standing, when I this they ripe people off by I think paying company's to buy these checks. If you see it on your perosnal credit report then dispute it to get ride of it. These company's are not part of the BBB or federal regulators.
