1st of all, I appreciate the diligence of your goals to help us in our needs! I have excellent credit & have never been late on a payment. I had a credit balance of $279 on my HSBC (Household Bank) credit card.
I requested a check for the credit balance on Oct. 27. Never received it. Called to inquire & was told
that it had a stop payment on the check that was supposedly sent out to me. This was after one month.
To make a very long story short, A check was supposedly manually cut to me on Nov. 30th., no check! I called again, after 6 or 7 calls in a period of 2 months, was given every excuse in the book as to why it never came, as well as the supervisors being liars!
I am sick of this continual crap! Please let all of the HSBC credit card holders know of these immoral & illegal practices! Please help me if you can!
