I was inform that I would receive a credit card with 0 to 7.9 % rate per year. I was told that they could reestablish my credits, if I was interested in using them as credit refer. I was provide a cash plus card and a cash-on-demand card, but no Visa or Master Card with a credit limit of $7000. When I call to cancel my agreement with them, I was then inform that I would lose my intial $199 which was divide into 2 separate payment (June 19 ($100) & June 30 ($99). I said, That would be fine with me, just cancel my order. I waited and waited and waited for my comfirmation sheet to come in the mail, however, it never came in the mail. I assume that all was well, but to my surprise they (CCS) were still taking their annual fee of $95 out of my checking account. They withdraw $ 95 from my account on June 29- which went unnotice to me, but not by my wife. We did not know how to trace it at the time. CSS again withdrew $95 from my account, however, with the help of my bank, there was the number of a bank, that I could call and asked for immediately refund of money. They (CSS) are still refusing to give me a refund of my money. I would like to get them out of my pockets' for good. Too Good to be true-Help in Texas. JamesWaco, Texas
