Debited my checking account without my authorization SCAM

This company obtained my checking account number and debited 199.00 dollars from it. I have never signed up for any products with this comapny nor did I apply for a credit card. This company sent me catalogs for shopping in the mail and a letter that said thank you for your interest in Allstate check cashing services cash on demand.
