I found an address and phone number for route66 in London and actually talked to a live person!!!

The address is Northway House, 1379 High Road, London N20LP. Their director's name is Aaron Gershfield. The phone number is 1-800-670-4075. This is actually the collections department but when you start venting to them, they'll get the picture
