Banks are demanding repayment of loans against this eyesore of a building
posing as a business center in north london.
Tenants will soon be seeking new accommodation as banks recall loans.
Loans and outstanding mortgages / & overdrafts approaching fourteen and a half million
secured through a raft of companies operating under the banner of The Harris Holdings Ltd.
All the companies on paper are headed by Ian Harries and creeping in by stealth Oliver Gershfield as named directors.
In Reality as full members lists reveal Aaron Gershfield and the Harris Holdings are the sole shareholders in every company listed and operating from these premises. All companies had a change of registered Address from Northway House to Haswelle House last year with only a few remaining at Northway. (this took ages to do companies House does very well from Aaron.) (He is now dealing in Euros)
Since I departed The London College of London Ltd has Changed on paper from Upper Woburn Place to Northway House. This so called further educational institution was to be the next big project, but as someone reported them to the border agency it has been put on the back burner in the hope that it could be put into operation in the future.
As someone who knows where a few of the bodies are buried Aaron has to know he has been rumbled and exposed for what he is. When I saw that he was reported on Mumsnet and a warning issued to have nothing to do with any of his companies I knew his goose was cooked.
The atmosphere in Northway House in the months before Christmas was electric.
The reports posted on web sites exposing scams were riveting. The history of the con man
parts 1-2-3 were brilliant. His rants to lawyers and Google to have them removed was hilarious much funnier than that god awful film he made. He was demented telling everyone he was no longer connected to Meade was crazy as the damage had been done. He was screaming fin the mole and checking up on all the staff accusing everyone of selling him out.
He must know that all these posts have been passed on to numerous other sites and he can not ban them all. Till doomsday anytime anyone Googles or uses a search engine and types in his name page after page about his exploits come up. He is enshrined for all time his devious tricks and scams exposed for eternity.
The banks, the revenue, the fraud squad and more are after him not forgetting the FBI.
He is being investigated by so many agencies, yet he is still prancing around pretending that all is well and it is business as normal. Some say he is delusional, but I saw him up close and personal and he is much worse than that, paranoid and removed from reality would be a polite way to describe his actions.
I am delighted to be removed from his temper tantrums, delighted not to watch his irrational and totally erratic antics, delighted not to answer to all his toadies who creep around him in a very unhealthy manner.
On reflection I must have been mad to ever to have done work there but there again it helps to be mad working in Northway House.
Have heard through the grapevine the building is only worth around seven to eight million
and is in a very bad state of repair. If it goes in the expected Fire Sale someone might just get a bargain if they are willing to spend some money on it.
This accountant is now a happy man
