Offering me a "settlement" on a debt that isn't mine. I have never done business with this company, in fact have never even heard of them ripoff

Delivered me a notice claiming I owed Resurgent Money sevices $899.60 but may be satisfied with $539.76. I've never actually heard about the corporation. The notice was resolved in my experience at my dads address in Nyc, nevertheless, I've existed in NC well before he obtained his new mailing address
