Illegal collection practices

Thanks to everyone for VALID fax numbers for this company. I am certifing all my previous communications to them to the updated fax number.

Long story short, I had to go through all kinds of machinations to get a fax number for this company. I accidently spoke with the representative who refused to give me the FAX number but demanded I speak with her. She "misconstrued" (what a surprise - NOT) what I said and I immediately put into writing the correction to her statement and have disputed the amount via the fax number I was given. I have been sending faxes every couple of days to these people in response to their numerous daily calls disputing the debt but after reading WEB info, I know the laws to cite and verbage. Since I am unfortunately now totally disabled, I guess they think calling me several times a day is going to help them. (it isn't obviously)

Today, they made a error. On my recorder the rep stated she was calling as a representative from the County I live in and for me to return the call. I knew it was not from the county for several reasons which I won't go into.
