I went to Lincoln Mortgage to refinance. Renee Nodar stated that no one can do what she can do. Closed on first half of mortgage. Then stated she could not do the second half which was the money that I needed to pay off my debts. Told me after the three day resind policy. Cost me 10,000 in closing costs that I didn't have to spend. Company said they made a mistake-too bad.
Do not use this company or loan officer. They are not ethical.
