Below is a reply that I received from some character at Startup Essentials that I have never heard of before about my complaint.

This letter is in response to a complaint issued by Ms. &. The following is our response to her concerns. Startup Essentials markets a program designed for merchants interested in opening or enhancing their business. The offer is made ONLY to those persons who have requwsted information. Theres is no cold calling. It includes a professionally designed web site equipped with the software allowing the merchant to accept credit card payments for the products or services found on their web site. It also includes a merchant account established with a credit care processor, a wireless laptop computer to assist them as they byild and develop their business and extensive training material
The training material consists of written instructions, CD's, videos, and links to numerous additional resources. The Merchant Supprot staff is also availabel to assist eith specific questions or concerns. We provide complete and full disclosure of all services, rates, and fees via a Merchant Agreement that the merchant is rwquired to initial and sign before they are apporved for the program... For those that choose to lease, we ask the merchant to complete and sign a lease aggreement with A-1 Leasing and they are contacted by the lease company so they can ask questions."
As you can see it is a lot of double talk and lies... I have a college education and this jerk acted like I was in grade school when he anwered the complaint I filed with the Texas Better Business Bureau. For all Interested here is their web site... Dallas. BBB.org. Write or email them a complaint about these crooks... I am mad and I intend to take these suckers to court if I have to pay for it myself.
The guy above stated that he could not help if I was incapable of understanding what I was told. Well my reply is if you would quit talking out your @* people could understand that you get your money from ripping off honest hard working people.
