We specifically asked IPA employees ("consultants?") whether IPA had any disatissfied customers or complaints against them. We were told by thier employees that there was only one disatisfied customer. When IPA handed me a bill for $10,700 and all I had was a letter describing what they could do for me. I was furious.
I did some research on the internet and found this website and hundreds of angry disatisfied customers. They out right lie to you and the stories of how they get to you from the initial call, then send a sales guy, then 3 consultants, then slam you with a bill is true.
I too and filing a law suit against them.
