I've gotten at least 5 phone calls from this strip mall quickie loan ripoff on a debt that Isn't Mine. Whoever took out this loan, used my name and phone number as a reference without me authorizing it. Now I get phone calls. I've told them each time it's not my debt, I didn't authorize my name to be used ANYWHERE on there documentation and to remove my contact information immediately. Needless to say, I've been ignored. I've cited that they are violating the FDCPA each time they've called after I initially told them to remove me from their rolodex, but the minimum wage slave calling has no idea what the FDCPA even is. State and Federal regulation of these bottom feeders of society is sorely needed. These people are only one step above a debtors prison.
