Ok, this company bought my loan about a year a go. I have made all my payments and have never been 30 days late. The interest rate was increasing so we decided to refinance to get a lower payment. I found a lone an started the process we get down to closing and HomeQ will not send payoff amount. I call and find out that my account has been turned over to their leagal department. I know I made my September payment because it has already been taken from my account and I have confirmation. I also received my October statement from HomeQ showing it was received. Well I try and log onto my account on the web and I am locked out.

I have already read all these horrible reports and know that they are trying to screw me and that my new loan is not going to close. So I make my Ocotober payment and contact my attorney. It has been almost 3 weeks since the request for a payoff was made. They finally sent one after week one but the total was wrong because it indicated that I had not made a payment in September or October plus they wanted $750.00 in attorney fees and did not give the interest rate per diam so we could not use it.

My attorney sent them proof of the payments and wants them to remove the fees and we are still not getting a response back. As soon as I have them payed off I am going to take them to small claims court and sue there asses. Not to mention filing a complaint with the Commison of Commerce.
