Smart Net Development, MYSEOGUIDENET Complete RipOFF! Who are these people!

2 weeks ago I noticed a $49.95 charge to my checking account from a company I had never heard of. I looked through past statements and find that this all started in June of this year, I was charged $3.95 on the 12th then $49.95 on the 26th, then a $49.95 charge every month since. So I call one of the toll free number listed with the transaction (18666520400) and am told "the service is unavailable from your calling area sbn98" this is a repeating message by the way, the first time I called it I was told that the number was being handled by another company, gave the number and was told it was a $9 call to make (I didn't call that number). So I call the other number listed on the transaction (18666520479) I am caller number 21, and I stay on hold until I am caller number 1 then the line goes dead, this happens more than once. So I turn to the internet for research. I find that one of the phone numbers is connected to a website hosting place and the number also comes up for a number of other places. I have found nothing more than anyone else has about this company but from reading other reports at least the others were able to actually speak to someone, where as I was not. I did however find another number to call (8005953986) they hang up on you also.
The thing is, I do not remember ordering anything from the internet, and I keep all confirmations and print them when I do order something, but it isn't that often that I order anything. I was unable to find anything stating I ordered anything off of the internet in June.
What I want to know is who this company is? Why can't anyone find any hard fact information about this company? Is this a company or an individual scamming? If this is a legitimate company why can't anyone speak to someone and get results and not be forced to cancel a debit/credit card and get a new one ordered? Why is this allowed to go on and on and on and on...

I called the bank and talked to them about it, I was put in touch with someone who works in the main office who got my debit card cancelled (it was determined that it was coming from my card and not my husbands) ordered a new card, did the POS Dispute forms, filled the police report, then finally heard back on all of it and was told
After further investigation, it has been determined that your dispute claim is being denied for the following reason: You did not notify *Bank within 60 days of the statement showing the first unauthorized with drawl.

We will see about that, I will get my money back! I plan to complain to everyone at the bank until I get my money back.

In other words, it looks as if anyone who has been screwed by this company is going to pay the price for it, and the company isn't getting anything done to it.
By the way when I went to fill out my POS Dispute forms for each pos purchase transaction I was told at the bank that someone else had called with the same complaint about the same company, when I filled my police report I was told I was not the only one filling one because of this place. So, it isn't just us, its all over the place and there is no telling how much money these people have scammed out of innocent people.
