I was contacted in April and let them take $200 out of my checking account. I was told that they would get the cards (Visa @ $2500 and MasterCard @ $2500) to me in 10 business days. When the cards did not come, it took me a month to get in touch with them because they have a recording that will not allow you to override it with zero. When I left several messages they were never returned. I finally spoke with someone named Wes who gave me a bogus pin number and told me that they were really sorry for the delay and that they would Express mail the cards and that I should have them no later than Wednesday, June 13th. First Capital Consumers Group has had my money since April 30, I have received no cards, and by the looks of things I won't be getting any. I thought that this would be a way to re-establish my credit; however, it is quite evident that I am out of $200. Beware. AudreyWashington, District of Columbia
