Ripoff $149.95 out of checking acct unauthorized fraudulent

USA Credit took $149.95 out of my checking account without my authorization. I called them and they said that I had applied for a card but I did not.

At first they didn't want to refund my money but I told them that I would seek legal action if they did not and that I had contacted my bank before I called them and reported them as a fradulent company.

They gave me a refund number and told me that I would have my funds returned back to my checking account by the end of next week (November 3).

If I do not receive my funds back I will contact them again with my attorney. If this has happened to anyone else I hope that you got your refund and if you did please post it for other consumers out there.
