We submitted 2 money orders, 1 for the regular payment, due on the first of every month (late fee is not charged if payment is received until the 16th of a month), another one was an additional principal payment.
Both money orders were submitted on 9/27 to their PO box in Los Angeles, Ca. The mail from Phoenix to Los Angeles takes about 2 days. On 10/24 we received a statement that did not reflect the money orders that they probably received at the end of september.instead, they charged us an additional $ 20.53 in late fees!
Don't ever trust ASC, use online banking only, otherwise they act like they never received anything!
