Cannot get program cancelled on phone on hold forever until i have to hang it up. Never got through can not find on web site cancellation url or site as stated on printed info given me. Had to cancel through credit card co. Bad Bad Bad. Your right this is not poroper information and mostly blue sky talk very little accurate info.
