Big overcharge on my Master Card

I experienced an overcharge that was big out of this company on my Master Card. Additionally they proceed underneath the title of Blossoms in addition to Presents, Blossoms, Bridal & Roses. The men who replies the telephone is very elusive, coarse and rude if you should be calling to protest. He will not supply bills to clients after they have put an order and spots you on-hold for 10 units at the same time. About acquiring the bill, I had been really prolonged with him and he didn't assist. Lastly my Master Card declaration found its way to the email why he didn't wish to give a bill since he'd overcharged me $113 within the initial quantity cited to get an arrangement designed to complete $ 100 and that I understood instantly. After I asked why the costs were therefore large he explained this may be the quantity he charged for fees and shipping. I'd claim that perhaps a Consumer-Advocacy team or the Greater Business Agency begin to examine e-commerce – it seems they're better than providing products at stealing!
