I received a call on May 13 about an unsecured credit card. My checking account was debited on May 22 for $199.00. When the 10 days had passed I started calling the customer service number given to me. All you ever get is a recording to leave a message and they will call you back at their convenience. I guess its never convenient for them to call back because they never did. When I called the original number that was on my caller ID, all these people do is count the number of days since your debit date. As of June 16, I have not received anything from them.
