Beware Home Owners!!! I was contracted to do work with these people and have since told them to Bugger Off!!!
After having multiple borrowers telling me they have been lied to, having the Jack lie to me, to the sellers, title agents, and having borrowers leave the closing table b/c they had been told they would be brining No money to the table and then being required to bring thousands, I finally had enough.
I choose not to be associated with people like these! I was asked to sign borrowers disclosures (a Federal Crime!) and when I refused, they were signed by the loan officer! (of which I still have these documentsas proof!)
They lied to borrowers about money, dates the bwrs would be closing, making promises w / no intentions of keeping them and basically the words to me were "by the time they get to the closing table, it's too late for them". This of course is untrue, but Jack makes these people beleive they have no other options.
After months of working w / Jack Clayton only to have him fraudulently changing the terms of loans, submitting to lenders under False pretenses, lying to bwrs and asking me to do the same, I am done.
I pray no others, be it business to business like I am, or like his poor "Clients" that he so horribly takes advantage of, try to do business with this person, or his Branch Mgr, Kendrick Price (who is Just as bad, if not WORSE, about lying to people... I did only ONE of his loans before I told him to get lost! I spent the entire time I was processing this file trying to clear the air of his constant lies to EVERYONE. And believe it or not, he was a personal "Friend" of the client!!!)
W / friends like that...) In fact, from a loan officer who USED to work there (and has since left for the same reasons) Jack Clayton claimed to have worked on his Mothers loan and reportedly made thousands of dollars off of her... If these people will steal and lie to those they call friends and their own blood, just imagine what they do to those who are strangers to them...
