After beinging contacted by crystal white with our loan approval, she said we had to send her money to get our loan for 5,000. We sent the 1st payment and contacted her back she said we needed to send one more payment for the insurance company. We sent payment 2 called her back she said the money would be in our account that night. It wasn't.
So we called back she said we owed more money we said no we just want our money back. She said "she would see what she could do" to get us our money with what we had already sent. Nothing.
So I have called back everyday for 2 weeks when I finally did get hold of someone they said my loan amount was raised to 8,000 and I needed to send more money I told them I don't want 8,000 I want my 2,000 I sent them back they once again said it would be deposited and now for the last three days i've gotten hello, your universial account has been placed on hold call coustmer service, thank you, good bye.
