Ripoff dishonest business fraudulent addition of monies to contract We need a 'pit-bull' corporate law firm

I am not going to waste anyone's valuable time by writing a volumous email regarding my personal experience with Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance Corp.
It seems that we all share the exact same complaints about this corporation and we have equally been mistreated and threatened by their customer service department.

To give my brief overview of what I have had to endure the past few years would just result in my anger resurfacing as I see they are still in business.

I have been in discussions with attorneys who have comfirmed that there is something very wrong about the way they are conducting business. The only way that this will continue to happen is if nothing is done and we allow it to go on.

We have all taken the first steps toward some type of future resolution, we have made our complaint known here. The plus would be that an attorney would take interest in pursuing our complaints.

The kind of law firm that would be perfect for a class action suit, is one that would agree to go pro-bono (no money up front and agree to a percentage of money from the damages).

We need a 'pit-bull' corporate law firm that is hungry for a challenging case and a nice windfall of money from damages that the corporation would have to pay out.

Problem exists that they will immediately file and appeal and attempt to tie the case up in the legal system for years.

The next issue comes that they could very well file bankruptcy and therefore be excused from having to pay any damages. I have seen this happen many times before.

What we would come away with though is the satisfaction that we've exposed an unscrupulous corporation and put them out of business. We hope. They could very well resurface using another name.

What we would want to do is change the law so that it would prevent other companies from using these dirty tactics. I am with the rest of you that we need to band together and file a class action lawsuit and ensure that as many newsstations as possible would be there to cover this case.

Once the news gets this story I would not be surprised to find that there are many more reports of other people suffering from Vanderbilts business practices.

We can begin by calling as many of the investigating reporters as possible, let them read the reports contained here and contact Vanderbilt themselves for their rebuttal.

I am certain that a lawfirm will somehow materialize from all the negative reports regarding Vanderbilt. There is strength in numbers and I wish I could feel certain that we will be vindicated somehow.

Even though we have this important platform to air our grievences, there seems to be one individual in particular that attempts to make light of a bad situation involving the insurance issue with Vanderbilt.

I encourage everyone to ignore his remarks, as they have the feel of a self imposed superiority complex and most likely a former employee of Vanderbilt. Stay focused and we will come out on top.
