Iincompenetent call ceneter staff. Get a different answer from each person you talk to. Takes 5 minutes to get your records pulled up. Taking over 6 months to correct an accounting error. No one seems to take responsibility for making it right.
Agreed to reverse late fees caused by their mistakes but reversal does not mean waiver. It only means your account is aged as current but you still owe late fee. To the average person reversal means that the late fee goes away!
It takes 5-7 business days to correct a transaction but when I called, it hasn't been done for a variety of reasons. So it will be another 5-7 business days, another check on teh internet and then a call. This has been going on for 6 months now.
Wish I had never done business with them.
