I did not request or need homeowners insurance but it was put on my bill. I only paid the mortgage amount for several months while I had difficulty getting them to take the charge off of my account. My insurance company wtote them two formal notifications that I had insurance. I repeatedly called and asked for the account to be corrected.
It took months before the account was corrected. I found two women taking a picture of my home. They would not tell me why they were doing it. After they realize I was so upset they only said I must be having problem paying my mortgage and legal process was probably taking place.
I was stressed and upset over this for months. It seemed I could not get anyone on the phone that could correct it. I wrote several letters to the Florida consummer advocate depart ment and it was finally corrected.
I continue to receive my payment statement late and did not recieve it on two different months. I notice the check takes longer than any bill I pay to be processed. I rush to the post office each month in fear that it will be late.
I feel continued stress dealing with this company and continue to worry that other problems will happen and I cannot resolve them quick enough to prevent another awful experience.
