I pay online and when i put the date to pay they deposit it too early, my billing is on the 1 and my ebilling was for the first and they had a late fee again on my statement this month, when i went to call they person i called said that they had bankrupt 1 1/2 years ago and no one even told me.
I wonder why a few months ago they went up on my min. Paymemt and i keep geting late and over the amount fees even though i had not used my card in 18 months. Are they not suppose to write and let you know that they are not longer in business? I want to be in on the class action against them, what happens it i quit making payments. The interest rate is twice what it had been, i will never get them paid off with them adding charges that are not true. What is a person to do???
