I have been using gottapay.com for online payment processing since June. It usually took 3 weeks to a month before funds would be transferred to my bank account, (most of my customers paid by cheque) so it was not unreasonable for the transfers to take that long.
HOWEVER, I am now waiting for many payments since the end of July. I would have expected transfers from gottapay in August but nothing came. More customers have paid online, and I have requested payments, but nothing has come since a transfer to me in July.
I have contacted gottapay by email, sometimes I get a reply, sometimes I don't. I was told that one of my customers payments bounced and that was the cause of the delay. I have also been told that gottapay's ACH server had been down, but would be working again (two weeks ago). I have still not receieved the transfers, my payment status is still pending.
I can report that in the past, gottapay's system was slow, but functional, and I had never been ripped off.
I am worried now that there is a serious problem, especially since I have read other reports here concerning payment issues from gottapay. I don't know if they are having technical or financial difficulties. Obviously I just want the money that is owed to me. 3 weeks has stretched into 3 months and counting.
