I withdrew cash from an Old National Bank ATM on Monday at 5:00 P.M. And again at 6:00 P.M. That night, checks were posted to my account but not the ATM withdrawals. They were never posted the next day either, when clearly I had a positive balance. On Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, more checks were posted to my account and one of them caused my account to be overdrawn. It was only then that they posted the ATM withdrawals from Monday to my account and proceeded to charge me $33.00 each for Non-Sufficient Funds when clearly there were funds in my account at the time. I contacted the bank and was told by everyone that this is how they do business and they were not going to refund the $66.00 in fees. If this is not creative stealing by the bank, please tell me what it is. I feel a Class-Action Lawsuit would be in order to put the brakes on these out of control banks. The bank lobbyists have to go. The laws must change. Its the rich "ripping-off" the poor.
